License

NTFSTool Inc. grants a personal, non-exclusive license to use the official notarized package downloaded from ntfstool.com. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or circumvent license checks except where prohibited by mandatory law.

Safe Drive Operations

Safe Drive Operations: NTFSTool employs strict write-verification protocols. Due to the low-level nature of cross-platform file systems, please always safely unmount drives before disconnecting and maintain regular backups of important data. The software is provided "as is", and NTFSTool Inc. is not liable for data loss or hardware interruptions resulting from improper disconnection or drive state issues.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NTFSTool Inc.’s total liability is limited to the amount you actually paid for the license. The software is provided as is, without warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation.
