· Fixes and text extraction

  • Text extraction and translation now show your screenshot on the left and the recognized text on the right, so you can compare at a glance.
  • Long screenshot: a reminder to scroll slowly and steadily, a warning when you scroll too fast, and the stitched result is copied to the clipboard as soon as you finish.
  • Color picker: only one lens is ever shown, and a second copy of wxShot can no longer start and open a second, empty lens.
  • New README and share image; the website now lists every feature at a glance.

· Toolbar like WeChat

  • The toolbar now matches WeChat's screenshot bar in order, icons and colors: rectangle, ellipse, emoji, arrow, pen, mosaic, text | translate, extract text, long screenshot | undo, save, pin, share, close, confirm. A ··· menu holds numbered markers, redo, line, highlighter, spotlight, eraser, magnifier, rotate and insert image, and a gear opens Settings.
  • New: translate the text in a screenshot on your Mac (Apple Translation, macOS 15 or later) and share through the macOS share sheet.
  • New: WeChat-style color picker. Before you select, a lens shows the pixel coordinates and color; press ⌘+C to copy it, F to switch HEX and RGB.
  • Long screenshot starts as soon as you click it and captures while you scroll at normal speed; frames are verified before they are stitched.
  • Esc or right-click no longer throws away your markup by accident: with annotations on the canvas, press twice to exit.
  • Fixed a leftover window highlight when starting a selection on a second display.
  • New icon, update check through ntfstool.com (recommended or required updates), and a Feedback button in Settings.

  • Global shortcut, ⌥A by default and configurable. Drag to select, with windows snapping automatically.
  • Toolbar: rectangle, ellipse, arrow, pen, mosaic, text, numbered markers, undo and redo, long screenshot, extract text, pin, save, close and confirm.
  • Double-click or Return copies to the clipboard. Esc cancels.
  • WeChat coexistence: wxShot owns the shortcut while WeChat is not running or is on the login screen, and hands it back once WeChat is signed in. Setting: automatic, always wxShot, or always WeChat.
  • Offline text extraction with Apple Vision. Long screenshot stitched live while you scroll. Pin keeps an image above all windows.
